Journeyman sources its meat from select farms that raise their animals ethically and sustainably and follow strict quality standards.Buio salami is made with our Jillian's Red Blend. Dark in color, this salami is made with cocao. It's soft in texture and offers an earthy note with mild spice. The richness lends its way to a buttery sensation on your palate.
