Return Policy

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact Laird Family Estate Tasting Room at 707-257-0360 x26 within 30 days of receipt for full replacement or refunding of the damaged item(s). We will replace any item(s) with the same item(s) if it arrives damaged.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned as “undeliverable,” we will contact you via phone or e-mail for alternate shipping instructions. If the package was sent to the correct address and was returned to us through no fault of Laird Family Estate, the shipper will be charged for re-shipping the package. If the package was returned due to an error on our part, Laird Family Estate will pay for the re-shipment.

CANCELLING  OR CHANGING AN ORDER
Once an order has been submitted, you must contact Laird Family Estate Tasting Room at 707-257-0360 ext 26 to cancel or change the order. We are unable to cancel or change an order that has already been processed for shipment.
 
If a package is returned to us through no fault of Laird Family Estate we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling.
