How fast will my wine deliver?
Wine will deliver within 5-7 business days nationwide using standard ground shipping and within 1-3 business days in California.
Do you have any cut off times?
All orders placed before 11:00 AM PST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will ship the following business day.
What are your shipping methods?
The primary shipping method that our fulfillment center uses is UPS ground. Other methods are available upon request, such as FedEx and overnight air.
Do you ship to my state?
We can ship to every state except for AK, DE, MI, RI, UT and WV. For Alabama residents, we can only ship directly to ABC stores.
Do you ship Internationally?
Not at this time.
What are the shipping rates?
ZONE 1: $25 1-6 bottles, $40 7-12 bottles
AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, WA, WY
ZONE 2: $35 1-6 bottles, $60 7-12 bottles
AL, AR, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NY, OK, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI
ZONE 3, HI: $130 1-6 bottles, $200 7-12 bottles
Will my wine have cold packaging?
During hot months of the year, the recommended shipping option for nationwide shipping is one or two-day air.
Ice packs can be added to shipments and this will protect the wine for two to three days.
General shipping information:
- You may request a future ship date during the checkout process.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- It is required by law that a person 21 or older is present to receive and sign for the package.
- To avoid missed delivery attempts, it is best to us a business address whenever possible.
- Make sure that the correct address is entered and that someone 21 or older will be home to sign for the shipment to avoid paying a $35 redirect fee.
