This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from three vineyards: Mast Ranch, for its earthy and robust structure, Flat Rock Ranch, for its fruit-forward characteristic and silky tannins, and Linda Vista Ranch, for its juicy and vibrant approachability. The blending of these three vineyards has resulted in an elegant wine with a well-balanced structure.
Tasting Notes
Dark crimson ruby color with a slight purple hue introduces aromas of cherry preserves, crème brûlée and vanilla extract. This medium-bodied red wine expresses flavors of black plum, dark chocolate, and ripe blueberries on the front of the palate, and is complemented by a sage brown butter and sturdy tannins on the finish. The long expressive finish would be complimented by a prime Filet Mignon or an ooey gooey brownie.Vineyard Notes
