Journeyman sources its meat from select farms that raise their animals ethically and sustainably and follow strict quality standards.Rosso salami is made with our estate Pinot Noir. It offers light smokiness with a mild herb flavor like fennel and anise. This is a traditional style of salami with mild richness and an earthy finish.
