Laird Family Estate teamed up with Journeyman Meat Co. to produce high-end wine-infused salumi. Journeyman sources its meat from select farms that raise their animals ethically and sustainably and follow strict quality standards.
Parm and Porcini salami is made with our estate Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a creamy texture with that hearty steak quality. The parmesan cheese and porcini mushroom creates a balance of salty and savory and a hint of earthiness.
