Our Phantom Ranch Pinot Noir is a 50/50 balance of two highly regarded Pinot Noir clones: Pommard and 115. Hand-selected from our most picturesque vineyard in Los Carneros, this elegant Pinot Noir is medium-bodied with lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. It is food-friendly, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
The vivid ruby hue introduces pronounced aromas of elderberry, ripe cherry and toasted marshmallow. The medium-bodied palate has complex layers of red plum, pomegranate and charred oak. Subdued tannins and balanced acidity allow this wine to pair with a plethora of cuisine.
