This Brut Rosé is composed of two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. The grapes were sourced from our Phantom Ranch vineyard in the Napa-Carneros sub-AVA. Using Méthode Champenoise, we produced a complex style of sparkling rosé that has the perfect balance of floral, nutty, and fruity characteristics. This wine is dry with vivacious bubbles in the front of the palate and a slightly creamy finish.

The neon fuchsia color jumps from the bottle, screaming drink me! The fruit forward nose displays notes of orange blossom, raspberry, and thyme. Its bright acidity tingles your tongue, leaving flavors of ripe strawberry, watermelon and chamomile.
