This Brut Rosé is composed of two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. The grapes were sourced from our Phantom Ranch vineyard in the Napa-Carneros sub-AVA. Using Méthode Champenoise, we produced a complex style of sparkling rosé that has the perfect balance of floral, nutty, and fruity characteristics. This wine is dry with vivacious bubbles in the front of the palate and a slightly creamy finish.
Tasting Notes
The mesmerizing rose gold color lends its way to enticing aromas of sweet cherry, strawberry, almond, and cinnamon spice. The palate has crisp acidity and tantalizing bubbles, along with dynamic flavors that are reminiscent of juicy apple, tart strawberries, and summer dandelions.
